Nowlin

Samantha is a law clerk at SNC LLP. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts where she double majored in Sociology and Political Science at the University of Western. It was there where she honed her critical thinking and analytical abilities. Shortly thereafter, she honed in on her love of the law, graduating from Humber College’s accelerated Paralegal Graduate Certificate program, which provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape. She now holds a P1 Paralegal license, is a Notary Public and is in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Samantha is completing the Family Legal Services Provider Program at Fanshawe College, and we are so excited for Samantha to provide certain legal services in family law matters upon completion of this program.

Samantha has consistently demonstrated a goal-oriented mindset, remaining committed to achieving success in both her professional and academic endeavours. Thanks to her multifaceted education and diverse work experiences, her skill set has continuously evolved and expanded.

At SNC LLP, Samantha understands the uniquely personal and challenging nature of family law disputes and she approaches these issues with the sensitivity and respect they require. She feels honored to be given the opportunity to guide clients through what can otherwise be a very emotional and trying time.

When Samantha is not at the office, you can normally find her planning her next travel destination as she is an avid world traveler. She has recently returned from a Working Holiday in sunny Auckland, New Zealand. One of her most memorable experiences was when she took a seaplane over the Great Barrier Reef and ventured through New Zealand’s Hobbiton. Aside from travelling, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her cat, Blue.
